Mia’s class is in London on a school trip. Big Ben is louder than she expected. The pigeons are bigger. The buses are red and have two floors. Theo wants to ride on the top of every bus they see. Mr. Flint says: “We have a list. We follow the list.”

We arrived at King’s Cross at 10 a.m. The first stop was the British Museum. Theo wanted to see the mummies. Mia wanted to see the clocks. We had lunch in a small park. After lunch we walked across Tower Bridge. The river was grey, but the bridge was bright blue. At 5 p.m. we took the train back.
