Mia stands at the door of Klasse 5e. The room is freshly painted. Theo sits in the back row, swinging his feet. A small red fox is sitting on the windowsill — which is unusual. The fox waves. Mia hesitates, then waves back. “Hello,” the fox says. “My name is Frida. I’m here to learn English with you. Foxes need second languages too.”
